U.S. Orders: We ship daily (Monday through Saturday) via USPS or UPS (depending on weight). Most orders go out the next business day.
International Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout and includes tracking when available.

Tag sizes can be all over the map-especially with vintage. That’s why we list exact measurements in every description. When in doubt, trust the measurements, not the label.

We want you to love what you get. If something’s not right, here’s how it works:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Buyer covers return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Probably not. Most of our stock is one-of-a-kind-thrifted, vintage, and handpicked. We rarely get the same item twice, but sometimes lightning strikes.
Sure is. Unless noted otherwise, everything is washed and sanitized before we list it. Your item shows up fresh, folded, and ready to wear.
For dry-clean-only pieces, we give them a freshening (not a full dry clean, which isn’t practical for us) before listing, and you’ll see this note: “Great pre-owned condition. Cleaned and freshened, ready to wear. Professional dry cleaning recommended for best results. See description for details.”
We handpick everything for quality-but vintage means character. Small flaws are part of the charm. Each product description calls out anything notable.
