L.L.Bean x Peanuts Snoopy Go With The Snow Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Peanuts ran in daily syndication from October 2, 1950 to February 13, 2000 — close to eighteen thousand strips, the last of them published the day after Charles Schulz died. Which is why the characters keep turning up on clothing decades later. They belong to a finished body of work that several generations already carry around.

L.L.Bean released its Peanuts collection in 2021. Snoopy and Woodstock on a sled, GO WITH THE SNOW across the front, the Bean name running down one sleeve — an outdoor outfitter borrowing a beagle who had been drawn in the snow since before most of its customers were born.

Collaboration pieces date themselves precisely, which is unusual for clothing. This one was made for a single season and sold in a single season, and it will read as 2021 for as long as it survives.

Sledding, endorsed by two companies and one dog.
