Vintage Fetch This! Dog Middle Finger Adult Humor T-Shirt 80s

The dog isn’t angry. That’s what makes it work. He’s a droopy-eyed hound sprawled across a braided oval rug, chin propped on one paw, eyelids at half mast — the picture of an animal who has been asked to retrieve a tennis ball one time too many and has made his position clear. The other paw does the talking.

Tees like this one came out of the 80s novelty boom, when racks at flea markets, beach shops, and mall kiosks filled up with single-joke shirts printed on whatever blanks were cheapest that season. There was no brand to build, no licensing to clear, no copyright line at the bottom — just a gag, a screen, and a stack of fluorescent tees. Most were printed by small regional shops and sold within a few hundred miles of where they were made.
